Vertiv factory-trained and authorized technicians perform startup on individual systems to confirm each will perform its intended function. Technicians complete full visual and mechanical inspections, followed by industry-standard testing. Startup validates the Vertiv Service warranty, if selected.
Commissioning and integrated system testing
On-site commissioning and Integrated System Testing (IST) keep projects on schedule, with a dedicated Vertiv factory-trained technician available throughout. Technicians handle issues on-site, with direct access to Vertiv's technical team for escalations.
Warranty and preventive maintenance
Flexible preventive maintenance contracts meet specific operational requirements. Extended Warranty programs, combined with continuous, proactive maintenance, increase up-time confidence and reliability, while minimizing total cost of ownership.
System operation training
Every system includes a site-specific orientation, delivered by local technicians after startup. This covers details and solutions for the installed equipment. An optional Operations and Safety Training, conducted by the professional training team, is based on National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) 2.1-2023 standards.
