Peter Panfil is the Vice President of Global Power at Vertiv, leading strategic customer development for the Vertiv power business. Peter has deep knowledge in power solutions to support the unique needs of AI applications, and he is an advocate of the “Bring Your Own Power” approach to solving utility dependence issues.

He is a frequent presenter and spokesperson for industry trade shows, conferences and media outlets serving the IT, facilities and engineering industry, and a published author via his contribution to the 2024 book “Greener Data Vol. 2”. 

Viktor has over 20 years of tech industry experience and has previously held management positions at SAR Elektronic GmbH. He joined Emerson Network Power in 2006 and was appointed as Managing Director for Integrated Modular Solutions in 2011, and in 2017 appointed to Vice President of Integrated Modular Solutions for EMEA.

In May 2023 he took additional responsibility as a global leader for Infrastructure Solutions while still holding the EMEA position. He was promoted to his current position in February 2025

Douglas Banks has over 27 years of experience in the Power Management industry specializing in datacenter and critical power infrastructure applications. Throughout his career Doug has held various leadership positions in Sales, Engineering, and Operations with Eaton Corporation, Virginia Transformer Corporation, and now Vertiv.

Doug spent 8 years in the Asia Pacific Region selling critical power solutions, managing large engineering and operations teams, and building greenfield factories for critical power products.

Doug is passionate about creating scalable solutions for customers power needs in the data center and critical power markets.

Mike is the Senior Director of Vertiv’s Solutions Architect team in the Americas. He brings 15 years of mission critical design experience across industrial and data center facilities. Vertiv’s infrastructure solutions drive success globally across the hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and edge markets.

Mike is a registered Professional Engineering in Electrical Engineering. 

Aaron Badowski is the Offering/Product Manager for Infrastructure Solutions at Vertiv, where he focuses on developing innovative, high-density, and prefabricated data center solutions. With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and currently pursuing his MBA at Oklahoma State University, Aaron blends technical expertise with business acumen to drive impactful product strategies.

A licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PE), Aaron brings five years of hands-on experience in the data center industry, including the design and delivery of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers. His background in product development and engineering positions him at the intersection of technology and customer needs, enabling solutions that support the next generation of AI-ready infrastructure. 

Dominique Jordan is a passionate digital sales leader with 16 years of experience. Her expertise spans across implementing Substation Automation Systems, Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and Software as a Service.

Dominique understands the importance of customers gaining insight into their systems and providing them with customized innovative solutions that address their efficiency needs. She is dedicated to consulting customers through planning and helping them reach their electrification goals in the future.
