Welcome to the Asia Partner Summit 2026. It is my pleasure to have you at this year’s conference in the beautiful coastal destination of Desaru, Malaysia — a place known for its warmth, energy, and spirit of connection.

Our theme this year, Metamorph, represents transformation with purpose. Across our industry, we are witnessing rapid shifts driven by AI, high-performance computing, and evolving customer expectations.

Metamorph is about evolving together — embracing change, adapting with agility, and building stronger partnerships.

Gala Dinner – Come in your best beach party outfit, in Navy Blue and White colors. No shorts, no slippers.

Collect, Experience & Give Back. Immerse in Malaysian culture, engage in environment-friendly activities, and have fun while supporting ‘differently-abled’ entrepreneurs by participating in the following:

Design & dye your own bandana
Purchase local crafts made by differently-abled entrepreneurs - bring cash or card!
Bring biscuits, cookies, crackers, or instant/cup noodles from your country to donate
Make your own candle from used cooking oil

Travel Instructions

	Passport Validity: Please ensure your passport remains valid for at least six (6) months for the duration of your travel.
	Hotel Accommodation: The official accommodation for this event is at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. For Vertiv Partners and Guests: Any extension outside the official event dates must be arranged and paid for individually. If you require an extended stay, please contact Karissa Revilla (Karissa.Revilla@vertiv.com) & Sofia Sobrecarey-Buen (MariaSofia.Sobrecarey@vertiv.com) for the details. For Vertiv Employees: Any extension outside the official event dates must be arranged and paid for individually. 	Weather: In July 2026, Desaru Coast, Johor is expected to have daytime temperatures averaging 31–33°C (88–91°F) and nighttime temperatures around 25–27°C (77–81°F). Light, breathable clothing and an umbrella or light raincoat are recommended due to possible tropical rain showers.

Malaysia Visa Application Advisory

In line with the Vertiv Partner Summit 2026 in Desaru Coast, Johor, Malaysia starting June 29, please review the list of nationalities with visa requirements or exemptions. Attendees whose passports require a Malaysia visa are advised to apply through the designated visa partners listed below.

Vertiv Partners and Guests: If you opt to use Vertiv’s accredited visa agency, you must provide your own credit card details for the transaction. Travelers may be required to submit supporting travel documentation issued by Vertiv.
Vertiv Employees: Visa applications must be paid and processed using your personal credit card. In case of any requests for supporting travel documentation or invitation letters, employees must reach out to APAC.Travelmgmt@vertiv.com and cc Kristine Tamondong (Kristine.Tamondong@vertiv.com).

Important Notes & Resources

We strongly recommend that you apply for your Malaysia Visa as soon as possible, if applicable
Please ensure all travel documents, including passport validity and visa requirements, are completed prior to departure.
Visa validity starts on the indicated date of entry and expires based on the approved validity period granted by Malaysian immigration authorities.

Transfers

Transfers will be provided upon your arrival in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Transfer services will be available at Johor Bahru Senai International Airport. Representatives holding Vertiv signages will be present to assist guests upon arrival. Departure transfers will also be arranged accordingly.

Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)

All travelers to Malaysia, regardless if they are exempt from a visa or not, are required to apply for a mandatory Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within 3 days before arrival.
