Michael Resha

Executive Vice President, Manufacturing, Logistics and Operational Excellence

Michael Resha

Michael Resha was named Executive Vice President of Manufacturing, Logistics and Operational Excellence on October 5, 2026. In this role, he leads Vertiv’s global manufacturing, logistics and operational excellence organization, with responsibility for scaling operations, expanding capacity, optimizing capital deployment and advancing the Vertiv Operating System (VOS) in support of the company’s long-term growth strategy. He brings deep experience leading complex multinational manufacturing networks and aligning operations, engineering and supply chain capabilities to support growth.

Prior to Vertiv, Michael served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Injection and Stamping at Stellantis, from 2024-2026, where he oversaw operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Manufacturing for North America at Stellantis, leading manufacturing operations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico from 2021-2024.

Earlier in his career, Michael held manufacturing leadership roles at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2017-2021, Gestamp Automoción from 2012-2017, Volkswagen from 2010-2012, Kia Motors from 2008-2010 and Mercedes-Benz from 1998-2008. His experience spans global operations, capital deployment, operational improvement, and leadership development.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama. He also completed executive management programs at EGADE Business School and Fudan University.
