Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT5 offers higher capacities and voltages, with models up to 10kVA
Columbus, Ohio [Sept. 12, 2019] – Vertiv today announced the addition of new models of the Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT5 family of rackmount, on-line uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. The new capacities extend the Liebert GXT5 product ratings with 10 models between 3000VA and 10kVA for higher voltage deployments. The new models are available in 208V only, and refreshed models supporting 208V/120V configurations through Vertiv partners in North America.
Vertiv introduced the Liebert GXT5 in June, updating the 500VA to 3000VA, 120V models of the popular rackmount UPS system. The Liebert GXT5 has a power factor of up to 1.0 on the 5000VA to 10kVA models and is more efficient in both on-line (up to 95 percent) and Active ECO mode (up to 98 percent) than previous models. All Liebert GXT5 models are ENERGY STAR 2.0 certified, and RoHS and REACH compliant.

The Liebert GXT5 is the latest addition to the Vertiv channel product portfolio in North America and seamlessly integrates with other products in the portfolio to support single-rack or more complex edge deployments.
The Liebert GXT5 offers scalable runtime options, with additional external battery cabinets that ensure availability even during extended interruptions. It can be managed remotely and has integrated maintenance bypass and flexible output receptacle configurations to meet the connected equipment requirements of any site. When used together with the free Trellis™ Power Insight, users can monitor and manage up to 100 supported Vertiv devices.
Along with the highest level of equipment protection available in a rack configuration, the Liebert® GXT5 offers a three-year full coverage factory warranty for the UPS and battery, a leading warranty in the industry. The system also is available with the Vertiv™ Power Assurance Package, which delivers convenient and cost-effective support for power delivery to small IT sites, and other service packages, to support individual customer needs.
