TJ serves as the leader of Vertiv’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, setting long-term strategies, metrics, and goals, and ensuring program execution and continuous improvement of environmental and social matters across Vertiv’s global operations. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Energy Project, a non-profit focused on delivering energy education and resources across the state of Ohio. He brings 10-years of innovation, startup, non-profit, and sustainable business experience to further the sustainable development of digital infrastructure. TJ holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and an MBA from The Ohio State University with a focus on Innovation and Sustainability.

Anand Sanghi as President, Vertiv, Asia and Greater India is based in Singapore and has full leadership and general management responsibility for the Asia market covering Australia & New Zealand, South East Asia, South Korea, Japan and Pakistan, as well as Greater India.

Anand has spent more than 20 years in the technology and engineering space in Asia. He has worked on transformational nation-building projects such as NBN in Australia and development of a telecom network in Myanmar, giving him unique insights on the impact of technology on businesses, consumers and society at large.

Jens-Peter (JP) Feidner is the Managing Director of the Equinix business in Germany. JP joined Equinix in 2014 as Finance Director for the German market, and in 2017, he took the role of Senior Director, Corporate Development EMEA. JP took the lead in the long-term planning and expansion of our EMEA metros, before becoming Managing Director in 2019. He joined Equinix from Bosch Automotive Service Solutions as their Finance Lead for EMEA, and prior to this role worked at SPX Flow, where he held management positions in Finance in Europe over the span of eight years. JP’s career began at Ernst & Young in Frankfurt, Germany, where he spent nearly five years as a Senior Auditor in the Audit division.
