South Korea [March 25, 2026] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, today announced that it has entered into a new distribution partnership with BBR Company (BBR), a data center mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) specialist in Korea and a subsidiary of TS Trillion. This collaboration expands Vertiv’s channel ecosystem, further strengthening local footprint and supporting customers looking for trusted critical digital infrastructure solutions across the country.

BBR Co brings experience in engineering and technical services, positioning the company to support customers with solution design, deployment and lifecycle services across Vertiv’s portfolio. Through this partnership, BBR will deliver Vertiv’s portfolio of three-phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, including the Vertiv™ PowerUPS 9000 and Vertiv™ Liebert® APM, Plus, and Vertiv™ PowerSwitch 7000 and Vertiv™ STS2 static transfer switch (STS) solutions. BBR will also offer Vertiv’s thermal management systems including Vertiv™ CoolLoop Trim Cooler, and Vertiv™ CoolChip coolant distribution units (CDU), as well as integrated infrastructure solutions including the Vertiv™ Smart Cabinet and Vertiv™ SmartRow™ 2.

The partnership is designed to provide enterprises across the country with enhanced access to Vertiv’s comprehensive infrastructure portfolio, supported by localized technical expertise and responsive service delivery. By combining Vertiv’s global capabilities with BBR’s engineering experience and market presence, the partnership aims to support growing demand for reliable and scalable digital infrastructure across enterprise, colocation and industrial environments.
