April 29, 2026

DEUS named a Vertiv Authorized Data Center Consulting Partner to help customers improve planning, design, and execution for next-generation data center projects in Korea

Seoul, South Korea [April 27, 2026] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure, today announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DEUS Inc. , a specialized data center consulting company, to support the growing demand for high-efficiency, high-density data center infrastructure in Korea. The agreement also certifies DEUS as a Vertiv Authorized Data Center Consulting Partner.

Through this collaboration, customers in Korea will gain access to stronger planning and execution support across the data center lifecycle. By combining Vertiv’s complete portfolio of critical digital infrastructure solutions with DEUS’s expertise in data center planning, design, construction, and operations, the two companies aim to help customers reduce complexity, improve energy efficiency, and build infrastructure ready for multiple compute generations ahead.

Under the MOU, the two companies will strengthen cooperation in key areas, including high-efficiency and high-density data center design, energy-saving and advanced cooling system architectures, and the deployment of resilient power infrastructure. By integrating DEUS’s practical experience in data center construction and operations with Vertiv’s globally validated solutions portfolio, customers will benefit from data center environments designed to meet both current and future operational requirements.

“This collaboration with DEUS represents an important step in strengthening Vertiv Korea’s data center ecosystem,” said Ted Lee, country head, Vertiv Korea. “By combining Vertiv’s advanced infrastructure technologies with DEUS’s deep consulting and execution capabilities, we can support customers in building data centers that are not only highly reliable but also optimized for energy efficiency and long-term operation.”

“Becoming a Vertiv Authorized Data Center Consulting Partner is an important milestone for DEUS,” said Victor Lyou, chief executive officer, DEUS. “Together, we can bring customers greater value by combining Vertiv’s global infrastructure expertise with DEUS’s consulting and project execution capabilities to support stable, efficient, and future-ready data center environments.”

Vertiv plans to continue expanding its ecosystem of specialized partners in Korea to better support customers navigating rising infrastructure demands. Through these relationships, Vertiv aims to strengthen local market support while helping advance the responsible growth of Korea’s data center industry.
