When should I arrive and depart for the event?
Please plan to arrive in Las Vegas (LAS) in time to attend the Opening General Session at 2:00 PM PST on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Registration opens at 9:00 AM PST. Departure should be scheduled after 2:00 PM PST on Thursday, January 29, 2026, to enable full participation in all scheduled activities.
Vertiv will cover hotel accommodation for all Vertiv employees for the nights of Tuesday, January 27 and Wednesday, January 28. Additionally, if your travel schedule requires arrival on Monday, January 26, so you're on time for the 2:00 PM local start on Tuesday, Vertiv will also cover that night.
If you choose to stay Thursday night (January 29) or beyond, those additional nights will be at your own expense and paid for personally. The pre- and post-event group rate per night is offered based on availability.
What is the cost of the hotel room?
The hotel rate is $198 per night, which includes a discounted resort fee of $55. Taxes are not included in this rate. The discounted rate is based on availability.

What is the dress code for the event?
The general dress code is business casual. However, for the Awards Dinner, formal attire is required — suit and tie for men and equivalent formal wear for women.
How do I book my hotel room?
You will receive an email invitation to register for the event. This email will include a custom booking link to reserve your hotel room at the group rate.
Can I arrive early or stay later than the event dates?
Yes. Attendees may extend their stay up to three days before and/or after the official event dates. Group room rates will be honored based on hotel availability, so early booking is recommended.
Are any sessions optional?
No. All scheduled sessions are mandatory for Vertiv team members. Full participation is expected to provide a productive and engaging experience.
What if I have special dietary needs?
You can indicate any dietary restrictions or preferences during the event registration process. The event team will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
What is the deadline to register for the event?
Please complete your registration no later than November 21, 2025 to secure your spot and hotel accommodations.
Can I bring a guest?
While you may travel with a guest, please note that all event activities, meals, and sessions are exclusively for Vertiv team members. Guests are not permitted to attend any portion of the event.
What meals are provided during the event?
The following meals will be provided to registered Vertiv team members:
- Tuesday, Jan. 27 – Afternoon snack, Welcome Reception (heavy hors d’oeuvres)
- Wednesday, Jan. 28 – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Thursday, Jan. 29 – Breakfast, Boxed Lunch

The agenda is designed to maximize time for business meetings and networking. As such, free time will be limited. We encourage attendees to take advantage of scheduled breaks and receptions to connect with colleagues.
