On average 6% of a Vertiv Engineer’s time is dedicated solely to training, this is four times the industry average and results in a 91% first fix rate and Engineer retention typically 5% higher than our competitors as well as being able to deliver class leading service to our customers.
Our Offerings
Vertiv Generator Service Engineers are highly trained to industry standards and receive continuous development training from our dedicated UK Generator Training Academy throughout the year. Based in Bedford, our training facility is something we are particularly proud of with practical training areas and laboratories that deliver training on safety, and Engineering skills on a variety of manufacturers equipment and bespoke training rigs, all delivered by a full time highly experienced Training Manager.
