The Vertiv Apprenticeship Programme offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while developing technical skills and industry knowledge.
Apprentices receive a competitive salary and benefits package from day one, along with structured learning and on‑the‑job training alongside experienced Vertiv employees. The programme supports an earn‑while‑you‑learn approach, including day release with North West Regional College (NWRC) or University of Ulster and practical exposure across relevant business areas.
The apprenticeship combines workplace learning with industry‑recognized vocational and technical qualifications, which may range from Level 2 to Level 8, depending on the programme. Training is delivered through Vertiv’s dedicated facilities and in partnership with approved education providers, providing a foundation for continued professional development within Vertiv.

How does the apprenticeship work?
During the programme, apprentices typically rotate across a number of teams to gain experience in different areas of the business.
Roles are based across Vertiv’s Irish sites in Burnfoot, Campsie, and Letterkenny. While we aim to consider location preferences where possible, placements may vary based on product focus and business requirements.
