The Vertiv™ Edge Lithium-Ion UPS features lithium-ion batteries with an 8–10 year lifespan—up to 3x longer than VRLA—helping reduce maintenance and replacement costs. This design can lower total cost of ownership by up to 50%. Select 2U models offer remote monitoring, system visibility, up to 98% efficiency, and a 5-year factory warranty.

- Battery Management System (BMS) The BMS monitors the lithium-ion battery health at the cell level. It manages the charging, depth of discharge, temperature, and voltage of the battery. The BMS prevents overcharging, provides safe operation, and preserves the battery throughout its life.
- Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
When incoming utility power fluctuates, AVR stabilizes the output power without needing to go to battery, which extends the life of your battery and preserves your UPS battery for an outage. - Pure sinewave output
Pure sinewave output while on battery to simulate utility power and is compatible with active power factor corrected power supplies. - High power factor
0.9 Power Factor provides more actual power to the load increasing power density.
