The partnership brings together Collaborate IT’s 20 years of expertise working with data centres, server rooms and IT at the edge, and Vertiv™ Avocent® suite of IT management tools and devices that includes software, KVM switches, and serial consoles.
The Vertiv Service Partner Program is designed to help partners like Collaborate IT address the growing challenges facing their clients such as edge computing, digitalisation, and evolving customer demands. By leveraging this program, Collaborate IT can deliver enhanced solutions, expert guidance, tailored services and reliable support, helping customers to achieve seamless digital transformation and operational excellence, specifically for IT monitoring and management.
