Mexico City, [February 24, 2026] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, today announced the expansion of Vertiv Academy Latin America with the opening of a new training center in Mexico focused on preparing professionals with the technical skills required to maintain advanced power and cooling systems in high-density data centers.
The facility replicates the operational environment and critical digital infrastructure of a data center, integrating power systems, thermal management, and monitoring solutions similar to those used in real-world installations. This allows participants to gain hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, and incident resolution within a controlled, secure, and immersive setting.
Located in CDMX, the Vertiv Academy site combines practical experience with advanced solutions and a strong theoretical foundation to maximize learning outcomes. Local instructors bring more than a decade of industry experience to train professionals from Mexico and across Latin America in areas such as fluid management, maintenance practices, and the installation of infrastructure systems.

The training center spans approximately 150 m² and has the capacity to deliver more than 8.000 hours of specialized training per year. Vertiv Academy CDMX also features 20 simulators that enable participants to train in realistic, controlled technical scenarios, applying methodologies and resolving situations that cannot be replicated in live data center environments due to operational and human variables. These programs are designed for customer service engineers, technical professionals at customer organizations, and end users, delivering hands-on training focused on operational readiness and field execution.
