Complete the form and register your current equipment by providing the required information, including model and serial number. Applies to Vertiv™ UPS or other brands.
Validate your equipment
Please send a clear and legible photo of the serial number for each unit to be replaced (one photo per unit) to marketinglatam@vertiv.com. Our team will review the information to approve the benefit.

What type of inventory is eligible for the 15% discount?
It applies only to current stock from distributors and hyperdistributors in LATAM. Vertiv™Liebert® PSL, GXT-MT, GXT-RT, GXE
Can I purchase inventory with this discount?
No. The discount only applies when a real opportunity and/or end user is confirmed.
If I already have a deal with a 10% discount, can I add the 15% Trade-In offer?
No. The Trade-In discount is not cumulative. It applies only when replacing or upgrading existing equipment from other brands, previous generations, or increasing capacity.
What is the campaign validity period?
From May 20 to August 20, 2026.
What documentation must I submit to apply for the Trade-In program?
- Clear photos of the product to be replaced (visible and with serial number), per unit.
- Approval of the corresponding form by Vertiv.
If I want to purchase through the distributor’s e-commerce platform, can I apply the Trade-In campaign?
Yes. As long as the distributor can provide the required documentation, completed Vertiv form, and photographic evidence submitted for discount approval.
Is there a limit on the number of units eligible for the discount?
No. There is no maximum limit of units to participate in the campaign.
