The direct-to-chip liquid cooling solution offers high thermal efficiency, excellent heat dissipation, and greater design flexibility.

CANCUN, Mexico [October 22, 2024] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of continuity solutions and critical digital infrastructure, was recognized at the DCD>LATAM Awards 2024 in the Mission Critical Tech Innovation category for its project, “Innovating with Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling Beyond High Density.” This solution is designed to enable efficient temperature management and optimized heat dissipation for high density applications, including high-performance computing and AI.

The direct-to-chip liquid cooling project is an example of our efforts to innovate in response to emerging technologies like AI and the demand for HPC. We thank the jury, our implementation team, and especially our customers who have trusted Vertiv to implement this application in their data centers,” said Alex Sasaki, vice president of sales at Vertiv, LATAM.
