The agreement reinforces the commitment to provide reliable and high-quality critical digital infrastructure solutions to data centers, telecommunications providers, and enterprise customers across the region.
Perú, Lima [November 5, 2025] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, today announced its distribution agreement with DACAS Peru, an alliance that seeks to strengthen distribution channels in Latin America. The collaboration reinforces the commitment to provide reliable and high-quality critical digital infrastructure solutions, including uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, power distribution units (PDUs), precision cooling systems, and integrated rack solutions, to customers and partners to help them build scalable, reliable and efficient critical infrastructures.
“This agreement represents a key step in strengthening Vertiv's presence and reaffirming our commitment to the Peruvian market. Peru has established itself as a digital hub for Latin America, which is why we opened our offices in the country at the end of last year. Today we continue that strategy with a distribution agreement that allows us to be closer to our customers and partners, providing agile and efficient service,” said Martha Alvarez, distribution manager LATAM.
According to projections by Arizton Advisory & Intelligence, the data center market in Peru will reach USD 310 million by 2029, reflecting an increase in the need for critical infrastructure. For this reason, the distribution agreement with DACAS, a value-added distributor with more than two decades of experience in the region, is a significant advancement in Vertiv's expansion strategy in Latin America.
“This agreement represents an opportunity to jointly drive innovation and critical infrastructure in the country and, at the same time, respond to the growing challenges faced by our customers and allies in the industry”, stated Edison Cabrejos, Country Manager of DACAS Peru.
The agreement also reinforces Vertiv’s presence in markets such as Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Central America, the Caribbean, and Miami, and bolsters Vertiv's vision of consolidating and strengthening its distribution channel network in the region.
As part of its expansion strategy in Peru, the distribution agreement will provide access to Vertiv's complete portfolio of critical digital infrastructure solutions available to the market, including racks, power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, and liquid cooling and precision cooling solutions, among many others.
