Puerto Rico [August 22, 2022] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, announced a distribution agreement with Warren del Caribe, a Sonepar Company, for the Caribbean Region. This agreement enables Warren del Caribe, a distributor serving commercial, industrial, and utility companies to offer Vertiv’s uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS) product lines in the medium and high range, in both single-phase and three-phase.
