The collaboration expands local and regional reach of high-quality, reliable technologies to support industry growth
Brazil, [April xx, 2026] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, today announced a distribution partnership with MAXID, a specialized provider of mission-critical equipment, to strengthen its distribution network in Brazil and across South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia). MAXID will consolidate inventory in Brazil, and soon in Uruguay, helping to optimize transit times for southern Latin American countries and facilitating access for distributors to purchase and commercialize Vertiv products and solutions across the region.
Vertiv’s portfolio of power management, cooling and integrated solutions will be available to support customers with energy-efficient, modular and scalable solutions, engineered to support the high-density and processing requirements of modern data centers across industries, from environments driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC), to traditional IT, edge, and enterprise applications.
