Vertiv XR Contest Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
- Eligibility:
- The Vertiv XR Contest is exclusive to all Vertiv employees.
- How to Enter:
- Employees can enter the contest by scanning the dedicated QR Code, downloading Vertiv XR, entering one or more experiences within the app, and sharing that experience on a LinkedIn post with the following description and hashtag: Virtually Buy Before You Buy #TryVertivXR .
- Every individual post with the dedicated description and hashtag is an extra chance of winning.
- Contest Period:
- The contest will run from 11.03.2024 to 14.03.2024.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
- Selection of Winners:
- Winners will be selected by the XR Team through random.org.
- Prizes:
- 2x Beats Studio Buds +.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Winners will be notified by email and/or a LinkedIn message within 10 days after the last day of the contest.
- Data Privacy
- By submitting an entry, participants grant Vertiv the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes related to the contest without any further compensation. For more details, please check Vertiv Privacy Notice
- Amendments:
- Vertiv reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
By entering the Vertiv XR Contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
