Our Services team is one the world’s largest and most geographically diverse, with 3,000 field service engineers, 400 technical support team members, excellent response times and stringent data center safety protocols.

Summary: The local Service team is contacted by a customer with 3 Vertiv UPS usually maintained by an external company. They requested support for an issue they were experiencing, and the local Vertiv Service team was able to resolve it. The customer decides to abandon the external Service company and sign a contract with Vertiv directly.
