For registered attendees, Vertiv will provide hotel accommodation during the official event dates, scheduled airport transfers within the designated arrival and departure times, transportation between the hotel and event venues, and all meals included in the official event programme. Transfer details will be sent to you via email.
Attendees are responsible for booking and covering the cost of their own flights.
Any additional flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, refreshments, hotel incidentals or other expenses incurred outside the official event programme or event dates, including costs associated with an extended stay, will be at the attendee’s own expense and will not be reimbursed.
Dress Code
The dress code is business casual. Please wear flat, comfortable shoes for the manufacturing facility tour. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn over your footwear.
