Team expansion in Zagreb and Rugvica strengthens delivery of high-density infrastructure projects across EMEA
Zagreb, Croatia [July 10, 2026] — Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, is expanding its engineering, project management, and production capabilities with over 200 open skilled positions in Croatia to support increasing demand for advanced data center and AI-ready infrastructure across EMEA.
Vertiv currently employs over 650 employees in Croatia, at its head office in Zagreb and at its manufacturing facility in Rugvica, a key manufacturing and operational hub serving the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). From this location, Vertiv engineers, manufactures and delivers integrated infrastructure solutions for large-scale deployments.
To meet growing demand, Vertiv is expanding its engineering teams through recruitment of over 50 specialists in electrical, civil and mechanical engineering, while at the same time strengthening its production and technical capacities by opening over 155 positions for electricians, fitters and refrigeration technicians.
