Andrea Ferro

Giordano Albertazzi

Giordano Albertazzi became Vertiv Chief Executive Officer in January 2023. Along with establishing overall strategic direction, he is responsible for operations and business development across Vertiv globally. His broad focus is on operational performance improvement and strengthening Vertiv’s competitive position through innovation excellence. In March 2022, he was named Vertiv President, Americas and also retained those responsibilities through June of 2023, when a new president was named.

Giordano began his career at Kone Elevators, where he progressed through operations and product development leadership roles. He joined Emerson Network Power (now Vertiv) in 1998 and held positions with increasing responsibility, including plant manager from 1999 to 2001, marketing and product management director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) from 2002 to 2004, and managing director for the Italian market unit from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, Giordano was promoted to vice president services for the Liebert Europe business. In 2011, he was appointed vice president services for the broader EMEA region, and in 2014 became vice president sales. In 2016, Emerson Network Power rebranded as standalone company Vertiv, and Giordano drove significant operational and financial improvements while serving as president of the company in EMEA.

Giordano holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan as well as a master’s degree in management from Stanford University.


David Fallon

David Fallon

David Fallon was appointed chief financial officer of Vertiv in July 2017 and has more than 25 years of experience in financial management with global companies.   

Prior to joining Vertiv, David served as chief financial officer at CLARCOR, Inc., from 2010 to 2017. CLARCOR, Inc. was a publicly traded $1.4 billion global filtration company with operations in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. He also served as vice president of finance for CLARCOR from 2009 to 2010. David served as chief financial officer and vice president of finance for Noble International, a $1.1 billion publicly traded auto supplier with global manufacturing operations from 2002 to 2009. Prior to joining Noble, he served as treasury manager at Textron Automotive from 2000 to 2002, a financial analyst at DaimlerChrysler from 1997 to 2000 and a senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche from 1991 to 1995.

David earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). 


Subhasis Majumdar

Subhasis Majumdar

Subhasis Majumdar was appointed as the Managing Director for India Region with effect from January 1, 2021. He is responsible for business development and operations in India and the adjoining countries of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Maldives. He joined Vertiv as the CFO for India Region in Nov 2018 before assuming responsibilities of the current role.

Prior to joining Vertiv, Subhasis has worked in variety of finance and commercial roles with increasing responsibilities across various industries including Engineering with Tata Cummins, Philips and GE in healthcare space, PepsiCo in FMCG space and in Oil & Gas with Dresser-Rand, A Siemens Business. He experience includes a unique mix of functional, operational and strategic roles. Subhasis earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and is a Chartered Accountant.

Sanjay Jain

Sanjay Jain, the Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations at Vertiv, stands as a distinguished leader, recently honored as one of the "10 Best Leaders From Electrical & Electronics in India" in 2023. With an extensive career spanning nearly three decades, Sanjay has demonstrated excellence in various domains, including Quality, International Marketing, and transformative digital projects. His journey is marked by a commitment to manufacturing and operations, where his unwavering pursuit of excellence has set an inspiring standard.

Sanjay's leadership goes beyond technical expertise, emphasizing the importance of the human factor in operations. This recognition not only applauds his significant contributions to the industry but also highlights his remarkable achievements on a prominent platform. Anders Karlborg

Anders Karlborg is responsible for global operations driving enterprise-wide processes and best practice alignment since August 2023. He collaborates with all regions, lines of business, finance, and procurement to enhance Vertiv’s manufacturing and logistics capability to better leverage the company’s global footprint. Anders has been with Vertiv since 2018, leading the transformation of regional operations in Asia Pacific, EMEA and the Americas.

He has more than 30 years of experience in top tier manufacturing and technology companies. His career begun in Sweden in 1987 as an industrial engineer for Volvo Components. In 1998 he joined Ericsson in Sweden where later he was assigned supply chain leadership roles in China and the Middle East. Prior to joining Vertiv, he was Operations Vice President in the Huawei Head office in China since 2008 and later he covered the same position in ZTE China head office from 2015 till 2018.

He earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Lulea, Sweden.

VC Roy

VC Roy brings over 25 years of experience as a marketing strategist in applied technologies. Throughout his career, he has been a trailblazer in initiatives such as DTH, Triple play, and IPTV, successfully navigating regulatory challenges. In his current position at VueNow Group, he spearheads the networking of data centers through broadband, with a specific focus on last-mile distribution via Edge Data Centers.

As a former Consultant and advisor to TRAI, VC Roy has made significant contributions to various government projects. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the launch of the domain “.in” for India. These diverse experiences have placed him at the forefront of shaping the telecommunications landscape, allowing him to leverage his expertise and insights effectively.

Passionately collaborating with VueNow, VC Roy is dedicated to revolutionizing data management and distribution, ensuring seamless business operations in the digital era.

Alok Rajput

Alok Rajput is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished career spanning 24 years, primarily focused on Cooling Products for critical applications like Data Centers. Armed with an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University and a B. Tech in Production Engineering & Management from NIT Calicut, Alok has honed his expertise through pivotal roles in industry leaders such as GEA and Emerson Network Power. His comprehensive experience includes managing complete branch operations and overseeing the entire business spectrum, ranging from cooling solutions to Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and DC power.

Currently serving as the Sr. Director - Thermal Management Sales for India and Greater India at Vertiv, Alok Rajput is a key figure in driving the company's thermal management solutions for critical applications. His profound knowledge and extensive background uniquely position him to spearhead the complete sales portfolio, reflecting Vertiv's commitment to cutting-edge solutions in the dynamic landscape of data centers.

Alok's active membership in the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) CHAPTER further underscores his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends and fostering professional connections within the thermal management community.

Raghuveer Singh

Raghuveer Singh, Sr. Director of Colo/Cloud Thermal Solutions (India) and Chiller Offering ASI at Vertiv, leverages over 15 years of expertise in Data Centre Cooling. Instrumental in fortifying Vertiv's market standing, he spearheads the introduction of cutting-edge solutions and technologies to bolster the company's market share.

Mr. Singh oversees chiller offerings across Australia & New Zealand, South East Asia, and India, collaborating closely with global Product & Engineering teams. His active involvement in industry initiatives includes serving as Group Chair for the data centre cooling group in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Mr. Singh is a notable speaker at ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and CII-IGBC forums, contributing insights and expertise. Holding a BTech Hons in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and a PGDM in General Management from NMIMS Mumbai, he is a key driver of innovation and sustainability in the data centre industry.

Ashok Yadav

Ashok Yadav, the Director of Thermal Management Offering/Product Marketing at Vertiv, drives the integration of new technologies into products to enhance the thermal product portfolio in Greater India.

With 21 years of experience in HVAC and Data Centre fields, he joined Vertiv in 2014 and has held key positions in sales, operations, and product management at other reputable organizations. Ashok's leadership focuses on innovation, excellence in product management, and ensuring Vertiv's continued market leadership while maximizing customer satisfaction.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Preetam Shah

Preetam Shah is a seasoned professional with 24 years of experience in the HVAC industry, currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management from NMIMS alongside his BE in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand.

In his decade-long stint at Copeland and Tecumseh, he held diverse roles in manufacturing and application engineering, sales, marketing, and product management. With 13 years at Vertiv, Preetam excelled in West zone sales, HVAC turnkey projects, and served as a Thermal solution architect for Colo and Cloud environments, contributing to critical projects.

Presently, as the Director of Offering Edge Thermal Product Management in ASI, he leads strategic initiatives. Preetam is also a trained trainer for Alternate refrigerants, actively involved in promoting sustainability in the Retail Refrigeration industry in South India.

Hemant Rathod
Senior Director – R&D And Engineering, Vertiv

Hemant Rathod (Senior Director – R&D And Engineering) has been elevated to a new role to lead Liquid Cooling development projects on 1st September’ 2023, focusing on enabling global product offerings including research and development to expand Vertiv global portfolio to support the industry growth in Liquid Cooling.

Hemant has been with Vertiv India since 2005 and has been a key member in leading the Thermal growth for our business. As head of Thermal Engineering, Hemant has led many successful platform transfers and expanded product portfolio to suit India customer requirements. In 2023, he has been also awarded with Prolific Inventor Award for his extraordinary achievement to apply 15+ Patents application.

He also holds, PGDIB in International Business as well certified PMP®


Kunal R Bondre

Kunal R Bondre

Kunal Bondre, a BTech graduate in Engineering Technology, boasts an illustrious 20-year career in manufacturing. His journey commenced as a Graduate Trainee where he swiftly ascended through diverse roles in UPS and Thermal LOB. Proficient in planning, testing, and production, Kunal's expertise extends across the manufacturing spectrum. Notably, he is a certified "Lean Champion" from Hong Kong, showcasing his dedication to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Currently, as the Plant Head at Vertiv’s Chakan Plant, Kunal orchestrates the entire manufacturing process with a harmonious blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight. His leadership is characterized by an unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence, ensuring the plant remains at the forefront of industry advancements. Recognized for effective team leadership, Kunal's comprehensive understanding of manufacturing intricacies positions him as a driving force in Vertiv’s success.
