Paul Ryan
President, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Paul Ryan was appointed as President, Europe, Middle East and Africa on January 1, 2026. He was previously Chief Procurement Officer for Vertiv from May 2023 – December 31, 2025.
Paul has more than 25 years of experience working within global supply chains, engineering and operations. He held a variety of executive-level roles in global operations and supply chain for Vertiv and Emerson Network Power, including Vice President Operations, EMEA (Data Centre Solutions) from January 2007 to January 2011 and Vice President & Managing Director, APAC (Data Centre Solutions) from January 2011 to October 2013. He was Vice President, Global Operations & Supply Chain (Data Center Solutions) from October 2013 to August 2017 and Vice President, Global Procurement / Supply Chain at Vertiv from August 2017 to May 2023. Paul attended the University of Limerick where he received a Bachelor of Technology, Production Management, and a Master of Science, Statistics. Paul also completed the executive development program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
