Vertiv™ CoolLoop Chiller 水冷磁悬浮冷水机组

Vertiv's CoolMag air-cooled magnetic levitation chiller is specifically designed to meet the high energy efficiency and reliability demands of data center server rooms. It offers two configurations: standard version or natural cooling version, with optional hydraulic modules. It covers a wide range of cooling capacity from 350kW to 2,000kW, allowing it to easily adapt to the needs of data centers of various sizes.

  • Oil-free zero-friction magnetic levitation compressors: Starting current as low as 2A, higher overall efficiency, noise level as low as 73dB(A), and a lifespan of over 25 years
  • Oil-free high-efficiency heat exchange technology: High-efficiency full liquid evaporator design (with optional falling film) helps reduce approach temperature and improve IPLV
  • Multidimensional fluid architecture: Flexible expansion based on varying cooling needs, layout, and space constraints, with compact 1㎡ modular units for easy retrofitting
  • Multidimensional protection design: Seven protection features, such as intelligent low-pressure ratio anti-surge technology, multi-compressor parallel operation technology, and compressor motor overheat protection, ensure stable and reliable operation
  • BA Group Control + AI Intelligent Control (Optional): Vertiv water-cooled magnetic levitation chiller can integrate BA control system + AI large model to control and enhance the overall energy efficiency and further reduce data center pPUE
