Vertiv KVM & Serial Support Program Ordering and Coverage Details
Vertiv has transitioned from the legacy Silver/Gold Maintenance Plans to the updated Advanced Support Plan for KVM and Serial products.
The legacy Silver/Gold SKUs will remain valid until the end of their term, after which renewals will move to Advanced Support. Please refer to the Support Plan Overview page to know more about the program.
