If you are a Vertiv employee, contact your supervisor or manager, a human resources professional, a Vertiv attorney, or Steve MacGuidwin, the Vertiv Global Compliance Officer.


Go to the Vertiv Ethics Reporting website and file a report:


Call the Ethics Hotline: +1.855.874.1654 (free if dialing from the USA).

Your call can be anonymous if you wish. There will be no retaliation against any employee for reporting suspected violations or other concerns.

Callers not speaking English should be patient while an interpreter joins the call. All reports/calls will be received by an independent company and their report will be sent to Vertiv's corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Vertiv will investigate and respond.
