In addition to chairing the board of directors, Krishna is responsible for managing and driving the annual business performance of the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. He is vertiv's primary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company's values, ethics and culture.
Krishna has spent twenty years of his career leading companies that specialize in developing enterprise class technology and solutions for the financial services industry. He founded vertiv in 2011 to address the challenges and fill the gaps in financial services industry in primarily in risk, regulatory, and compliance areas. In that role he transformed a U.S. based solutions company to a leading global risk management, compliance and finance technology product company.
Prior to founding vertiv, Krishna served as President and CEO of solutions firm focused in BFSI industry. Earlier in his career he was in leadership role and has steered several firms, streamlining their operations by major undertaking major finance transformation initiatives and implementing enterprise class solutions. A technocrat at heart, Krishna has functioned as business solution architect, subject matter expert, and senior consultant with several major banks and helped them address mission critical initiatives with best breed software products.
Krishna is a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science with specialization of Operational Research, Digital Signal Processing, Mathematical Models, Systems Simulation, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing from IIT Kanpur. He has also served as a faculty of engineering students in theory of automation, artificial intelligence and mathematical modeling.

He is responsible for implementing company-wide best practices and manages product architecture, engineering, development and quality assurance teams across the firm. As a senior IT executive, Chandra brings over 25 years of experience in architecting, implementing and managing highly scalable global solutions; staffing and building skilled technology teams and forging highly effective client partnerships.
Chandra has held several leadership positions at Mphasis, Citigroup and Oracle before joining vertiv. Chandra's passion for AI, ML and NLP technologies brought him to vertiv, where he continues to expand his technology teams in various parts of the globe, while delivering solutions that help vertiv clients become more competitive in the modern world.
Kevin Smith is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for vertiv, Inc. In this role Kevin leads sales development for vertiv's product suites and services. Prior to his position with vertiv, Inc., Kevin has held several roles with both large Global firms such as Ciber and CGI, as well as several boutique specialty local IT companies. Prior to working in the IT field, Kevin worked in the insurance industry as both Sales Executive and Sales Management.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Kevin still resides Columbus with his wife Denise, four children and 5 grandchildren. Kevin attended Ohio State University with a focus in Horticulture.
Avaneesh Limaye is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for vertiv, Inc. In this role Avaneesh leads sales & business development for vertiv's product suites and services. As a senior sales and technology executive and strategist, Avaneesh brings over two decades of experience in building and implementing technology solutions across banking & financial services, insurance and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Vertiv Inc., Avaneesh has held several leadership roles with both large global firms such as Citibank, and LTI, as well as several boutique specialty local IT companies. He has been focusing on large/medium/small institutions assisting the clients through outcome-driven innovative solutions and services, business transformations in the areas of Capital Markets & Asset Management, Regulatory Risk, Data Governance & Analytics, Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Finance, Health and Insurance business, Business Process Automation, DevOps, BigData and Analytics and well spread technology landscape. Avaneesh holds excellent blend of technical and business understanding.
Parag Ikhar, Vice President of Product Development and Strategy is currently leading business operations division at vertiv Inc USA. Parag functions as subject matter expert in the area of Counterparty Risk, Liquidity Risk, Basel III, Credit Risk and Operational Risk. He has worked extensively on identifying and reporting risks (Capital Adequacy under Basel II/III guidelines, Effect of Internal Incidents on Capital Requirements, Impact of AMA application on the various businesses, etc.,) to Securities Division Senior Management and OCC. Parag has consulted with several major US banks helping them address their regulatory reporting challenges.
Prior to joining vertiv, Parag was helping Oracle Corporation architect their Real Estate Management Suite. Parag graduated from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai and earned several certifications from esteemed New York Institute of finance. His area of interest is designing solutions to address better credit risk management.
Parag currently reside in Tampa FL with his wife, Minal and enjoys playing tennis.
Vijay Bollempalli is the Chief Information Security Officer at vertiv. As a business leader and GRC Practice head he plays an advisory role in Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
In this executive role, he is responsible for making strategic and policy decisions for protection of information assets and programs. He oversees Privacy, Application security, Network security, Security Audits, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Identity management, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
Prior to joining vertiv, Vijay worked in the GRC, InfoSec and IT Audit areas for more than a decade in the United States. As a senior IT executive he served in various roles over 17+ years from a Program Director to a Solution Architect at the corporate level in the banking and financial services industry. Vijay has a Master's degree in Computer Applications and Business Administration.
Elliot Noma has worked in both finance and data science. He runs a proprietary trading company, Garrett Asset Management, and works as a data scientist and developer involved in areas of innovation including blockchain, internet of things, machine learning and natural
Dr. Noma teaches machine learning at Columbia University and quantitative risk management in the Masters in Mathematical Finance program at Rutgers University. Previously, Dr. Noma was a portfolio manager running a fund of hedge funds and was the Chief Risk Officer at Asset Alliance, a $3 billion seeder of hedge funds. Prior to working at Asset Alliance, Elliot was a risk manager at both Merrill Lynch Investment Advisors and Deutsche Bank, was an analyst at both JP Morgan and Salomon Brother, and was a mortgage banker at Chase. He has patented a type of levered ETF structure, has written a book on psychometrics, and has published scholarly articles in psychology, information science, sociology, math, and finance.
Dr. Noma graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Mathematics. He received an M.A in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Mathematical Psychology from The University of Michigan.
